Cancellation conditions

• Cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before the activity (regardless of the reason)

• Within 48 hours, you will receive a 50% refund

• In case of last minute cancellation, we reserve the right to retain the entire amount of the reservation, unless a medical certificate is presented.

• 100% refunded in the event of cancellation on our part (force majeure, bad weather, etc.)
